Accessibility

The ACPAT website has been developed using published standards and will display and function correctly in all modern, standards-compliant web browsers.

We have endeavoured to make the site accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities.

In accordance with the guidelines issued by RNIB, this website is designed with a clear layout with consistent formatting across all pages, using a simple font and contrasting colours. To increase the font size, select Text Size from the View menu of your browser and choose a suitable size.

All pages on this site have been designed to comply the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) accessibility guidelines.

We are constantly looking to improve the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any problems while browsing this site please tell us using the Contact Us form.

Making pages more accessible

The ACPAT website is designed to let you change the text size, text and background colors, and other display settings through standard browser settings.

Keyboard access

It is easy to navigate this site using only a keyboard. The "tab" key can be used to move between links, which can be activated by pressing "return" or "enter".

The "backspace" or "back delete" keys will return you to the previous page you visited. Use the arrow keys to scroll up and down.

Published documents

Documents are published on the ACPAT website in PDF format. Most computers will already be configured to view PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat Reader but some may not. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded at no cost from the Adobe website.
