Membership

All full members of ACPAT must be annually subscribing full practising members of the CSP. Those members practising physiotherapy on humans must be registered with the HPC. Category A and Category B members are required to have Professional & Public Liability Indemnity in order to practise on animals.

There are differing categories of membership:

• Category A members
• Category B members
• Category C members
• Category A or B overseas members
• Journal members
• Honorary members
• Non-practising (Run Off) Category A and B members

Members will receive:

• Access to forthcoming study days, seminars and courses.
• Provision of the ACPAT journal.
• Representation at appropriate conferences etc. with regards to animal physiotherapy.
• Access to members only pages of the ACPAT website.
• Access to member contact details of current ACPAT members.
• CIG Liaison Committee links with the CSP.
• Access to branded merchandise.

In addition, Category A and B members will receive:

• Eligibility to apply to the ACPAT Block Insurance Scheme policy tailored specifically for ACPAT members.
• Inclusion in the printed ACPAT member directory and online search facility.
• Access to promotional leaflets and posters.
