Treatment of Impinging Dorsal Spinous Processes

This promises to be an interesting discussion covering the significance and incidence of kissing spines, and options for their management.  The relative merits of standing surgery versus general anaesthesia will be presented and debated, as well as medical options.

Justin has recently published on the standing technique.  Flemming was one of the authors on the large published series operated on under general anaesthesia - but now claims to have been converted to medical management and physiotherapy.  Whatever next?
