All full members of ACPAT must be annually subscribing full practising members of the CSP. Those members practising physiotherapy on humans must be registered with the HPC. Category A and Category B members are required to have Professional & Public Liability Indemnity in order to practise on animals.

Guidance for Return to Practice is available for ACPAT members or previous ACPAT members who have had a break from practising animal/veterinary physiotherapy.
All members will receive:
- Access to forthcoming study days, seminars and courses.
- Provision of the ACPAT magazine.
- Representation at appropriate conferences etc. with regards to animal physiotherapy.
- Access to members only pages of the ACPAT website.
- Access to member contact details of current ACPAT members.
- CIG Liaison Committee links with the CSP.
- Access to branded merchandise.
In addition, Category A and B members will receive:
- Eligibility to apply to the ACPAT Block Insurance Scheme policy tailored specifically for ACPAT members.
- Inclusion in the printed ACPAT member directory and online search facility .
- Access to promotional leaflets and posters.
