This one-day course contains both theoretical and practical elements. The
day will cover:
• Functional neuroanatomy – lesion localisation demystified!
• Recap of neurological assessment techniques in practice
• Interpreting assessment findings & planning appropriate treatment
• Rehabilitation techniques for the patient with upper motor neuron signs
• Rehabilitation techniques for the patient with lower motor neuron signs
• Facilitation of normal movement
• Use of proprioceptive enhancements
• Progressing treatment

 

This course is currently only being offered to ACPAT physiotherapists
Limited to 16 participants on a first come first served basis
